Turkish security forces arrest PKK ringleader

Serdar Tunagur, the ringleader of the terrorist organization PKK in Portugal, was apprehended during a joint operation by the Turkish National Intelligence Organization and Istanbul Provincial Security Directorate, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.
