Big airline deal: Lufthansa to acquire ITA

Amerger deal between Lufthansa and ITA in which the German airline buys its Italian counterpart will be completed by January 13.

As CE Report quotes ANSA, this said German news agency DPA, citing sources close to the dossier from a workers' meeting.

However, there is as yet no official confirmation from the German company or from the Italian government.
