Grigor Dimitrov, Bulgaria’s top tennis player, advanced to the fourth round of the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Madrid with a 6-4, 7-6(3) win over world No. 68 Jacob Fearnley. The match, disrupted by a power outage on Monday, resumed Tuesday after being halted at 6-4, 5-4. Though landing just 55% of his first serves, Dimitrov fired 11 aces and saved four of six break points. Currently ranked No. 16, he will face either Cameron Norrie or Gabriel Diallo next. Dimitrov’s best Madrid result came in 2015 when he reached the quarterfinals.
