The Slovenia women's national tennis team has returned to the World Group of the Billie Jean King Cup for the 2026 season after all.

Despite losing the qualifying match to Portugal last week, they still made it through, CE Report quotes STA.

They secured a spot as the "lucky losers" by being the highest-ranked team that failed to qualify directly.
