Fans of the Serbian team, Red Star Belgrade, known as "Delije", have burned the Kosovo flag in front of the UEFA Congress.

This horrific act occurred right near the offices where the UEFA Congress is taking place in Belgrade, just one day after the president of the Kosovo Football Federation, Agim Ademi, was seen near the Kosovo flag, which was lined up alongside the flags of other countries participating in the proceedings of this congress, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

On Thursday morning, the Football Federation of Serbia issued an official statement announcing that it had taken measures to remove Kosovo symbols from this congress.

A video has already been shared on social media showing a small number of young people setting fire to the Kosovo flag, while there has not yet been any reaction from the Kosovo Football Federation regarding this incident.
