Ljutić secures sixth slalom World Cup title of season for Croatia
The young Zagreb skier Zrinka Ljutić has won the sixth slalom Small Crystal Globe in the history of Croatian Alpine skiing.
The first five belong to the Kostelić family.
The legendary Croatian skier Janica Kostelić was the best slalom skier in the World Cup three times, each time in the years she also won the overall World Cup (2001, 2003, 2006).
Her brother Ivica won two slalom globes - in 2002 and 2011.
Ivica also has one Big Crystal Globe for the overall World Cup victory in 2011.
Now, Zrinka Ljutić has joined them.
The record holders for the most slalom globes are Sweden's Ingemar Stenmark and Mikaela Shiffrin (US), both with eight.
