Romania has announced its Davis Cup team for the World Group I qualification match against Bulgaria, scheduled for January 31 and February 1 at the Polivalenta Hall in Craiova. The lineup includes Filip Jianu (ATP 218), Cezar Cretu (ATP 309), Adrian Boitan (ATP 370) for singles, and Victor Cornea (ATP 91 in doubles) alongside Bogdan Pavel (ATP 255 in doubles) for doubles matches, CE Report quotes Agerpres

The two nations have only faced each other once in Davis Cup history, with Romania securing a dominant 5-0 win in 1988.
