Man City beat Copenhagen in 1st leg of Champions League last 16

Manchester City beat Copenhagen 3-1 in Denmark on Tuesday in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League last 16 to control the tie. CE Report quoting Anadolu Agency

The English club's Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne scored the opener in the 10th minute.

Following a mistake by Man City goalkeeper Ederson, home team Copenhagen equalized. Magnus Mattsson curled home a shot to beat Ederson in the 34th minute as Parken Stadium went wild.

Near the end of the first half, Bernardo Silva flicked the ball into Copenhagen's net as Man City were on a 2-1 lead.
