Serbian students hold RTS hostage over biased coverage
The student blockade of Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), which began on Monday evening, continued on Friday.
The protest is being led by students who are dissatisfied with RTS's reporting on the student demonstrations and the broader political crisis in the country, CE Report quotes FENA.
They claim the public broadcaster has failed to represent their demands and the true nature of the protests.
The students announced that the blockade will continue until a new call for applications is issued for members of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media (REM).
