President Maia Sandu is visiting Spain from April 27–29 to participate in the European People's Party Congress in Valencia. On the sidelines of the event, she is holding meetings with European leaders to strengthen support for Moldova's EU integration and boost bilateral cooperation, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

One of her first meetings was with Italian Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani. “Moldova appreciates Italy's strong support for our European path and resilience. We aim to expand our cooperation and deliver concrete results for citizens,” Sandu said.

During the congress, President Sandu is also expected to deliver a speech and meet with other European heads of state and government.
