Greek Prime Minister and New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis is attending the European People's Party (EPP) conference in Valencia, Spain, on Tuesday and Wednesday. On the sidelines, Mitsotakis is scheduled to meet with German Chancellor-elect Friedrich Merz, Finnish PM Petteri Orpo, and Swedish PM Ulf Kristersson. Deputy PM Kostis Hatzidakis is also a candidate for EPP vice-president.
