Trump hosts Meloni for bilateral talks, working lunch

The White House has released the schedule for today’s meeting at the White House between President Donald Trump and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, CE Report quotes ANSA.

At 12:05 p.m. (6:05 p.m. in Italy), a lunch is scheduled in the Cabinet Room between the two leaders (closed to the press), followed an hour later by a bilateral meeting in the Oval Office (with the White House press pool and Italian journalists present).

A joint press conference is not scheduled following the meeting.

Trump has another engagement at 4:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m. in Italy), when he will sign a series of executive orders.
