New phone conversation, according to European sources, between European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, CE Report quotes ANSA.
The conversation took place yesterday evening, ahead of Meloni's mission to the White House.
It is part of the ongoing negotiations between the EU and the Trump administration on the tariffs issue.
