Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and U.S. counterpart Marco Rubio spoke by phone on Monday, discussing the situation in Syria, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and efforts to broker a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, diplomatic sources said.
