She stated that Romania is not only Moldova's strategic partner but also its "soul partner," noting the significant support and investment from Romania in Moldova's EU aspirations, CE Report quotes Agerpres

President Sandu emphasized that Romania is the top investor in Moldova, with a strong presence in sectors like green energy, IT, agriculture, and education.
