Moldovan President Maia Sandu expressed her gratitude on Monday for the Romanian Royal Family’s contribution to Moldova's European future. In a speech at the opening of the Economic Forum 'Investment - Development - European Integration' in Chisinau, Sandu highlighted the Royal Family’s role in fostering cooperation between Moldova and Romania, CE Report quotes Agerpres

She emphasized that their involvement is a concrete contribution to Moldova's European path, stating that the forum has become a platform for strengthening bilateral ties, expanding networks, and generating investments. Sandu also noted that the forum, under the Royal Family’s auspices, has helped position Moldova as an attractive business destination.

Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, and Prince Radu were welcomed by Sandu during their visit to Chisinau.
