Mitsotakis to Attend Key Events in Western Macedonia

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will deliver a speech on Thursday at 13:00 during the presentation of PPC's new investment plan for Western Macedonia at the Kardia Steam Power Plant in Ptolemais. PPC Group President and CEO George Stassis will present the details of the plan, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian

Earlier, at 11:00, Mitsotakis will speak at an event focused on "Just Transition Development & Entrepreneurship: Western Macedonia is entering a new era," held at the Western Macedonia Region headquarters in Kozani. Alternate Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis will also attend, welcoming local entrepreneurs. The event will feature a report on the 2021-2027 Just Transition Development Programme, outlining entrepreneurial initiatives to help the region adapt to a new economic model.

Following these events, the Prime Minister will visit the Skills Development and Employment Centre in Akrini.
