Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou emphasized that the reforms aim to increase efficiency, simplify interactions, and give citizens an active role in evaluating public services. "We are moving forward with digital tools to improve the state’s interaction with citizens and businesses," said Papastergiou, highlighting new initiatives such as electronic questionnaires for service evaluations and the protection of public spaces via MyStreet.

Interior Minister Thodoris Livanios added that these reforms focus on enhancing public sector efficiency and enabling citizen feedback to shape a better future for Greece.
