Moldova Strengthens Cooperation with OSCE

Mihai Popșoi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, met with Ambassador Christophe Kamp, the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, during his official visit to the country, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

The meeting focused on key projects concerning multilingual education, minority participation in public life, and the promotion of the state language. Popșoi emphasized that protecting national minorities remains a top government priority and highlighted Moldova's openness to further cooperation with the OSCE.

Ambassador Kamp reiterated the OSCE’s commitment to supporting national policies on interethnic relations.

During his visit, Kamp is scheduled to meet with officials from the education and interethnic relations sectors, as well as local leaders in Gagauzia. He will also visit Grigore Țamblac State University in Taraclia and Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt High School in Doroțcaia.
