Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to participate in the G7 summit, which will take place in June in the Canadian province of Alberta.

This was reported by the Canadian public broadcaster CBC News, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.

"Carney spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on a call late Sunday and invited him to the G7 summit this summer, which Canada is hosting," the article states.

As known, the G7 leaders' meeting will be held from June 15 to 17 in the Kananaskis region of Alberta.
