Among the highlights was the reduction of six basic banking fees for online transactions, effective January 20, benefiting both individuals and businesses. Mitsotakis emphasized that the government is committed to preventing disruptions like the recent unannounced shutdown of a public medicine dispensary, which affected patients with serious illnesses.

The Prime Minister also noted the consolidation of 392 land registry offices into the National Cadaster (Ktimatologio) platform. "Citizens can now handle property transactions through a single public service, with 90% of procedures available online," he stated.

Mitsotakis further spotlighted major investments in Greece, including:

  • Telecom's €3 billion commitment to expand fiber optics and 5G by 2027.
  • Metlen Energy & Metals' €295.5 million investment in gallium production, vital for semiconductors.
  • Chevron's interest in exploring natural gas deposits off the southwestern Peloponnese and western Crete.

These developments underscore the government's focus on economic growth and digital transformation.
