He introduced three key projects: the upgraded MySchool information system to reduce paper use, a Digital Tutoring Centre integrating sign language for all subjects, and a new digital platform to enhance special education services across 80 assessment and support centers.

"The digital tutor is an example of technology that empowers the learner," Pierrakakis noted, positioning Greece as a leader in inclusive, technology-driven education.
