Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will visit Cairo to participate in the 10th Greece-Egypt-Cyprus Trilateral Summit, highlighting the strategic partnership between the three nations, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian

Mitsotakis will hold a bilateral meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at 11:45, followed by a joint meeting with Cypriot leaders at 12:30 and extended discussions between delegations. At 14:20, the leaders will make joint statements to the press.

The summit aims to emphasize the critical role of trilateral cooperation in ensuring stability amid regional and international crises. Key topics include energy security, regional developments, and the situation in Syria.

This visit follows Mitsotakis' trip to Cairo in March 2024, during which Greece played a leading role in the EU-Egypt Strategic and Partnership Agreement, underscoring Egypt's importance in regional stability and migration management.
