Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu Offers Condolences Following Fatal Plane Crash in Kazakhstan

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu expressed condolences on Friday to the people of Azerbaijan following the tragic plane crash in Kazakhstan. An Azerbaijan Airlines plane, an Embraer 190 with 67 people aboard, crashed near Aktau, a port on the Caspian Sea, on Wednesday. The flight was en route from Baku, Azerbaijan, to Grozny, Russia.
