Romanian President Klaus Iohannis congratulated Maia Sandu on her second term as President of the Republic of Moldova during her inauguration on Tuesday, CE Report quotes Agerpres

"Congratulations to President Maia Sandu, who today took the oath of office for her second term. Romania and the Republic of Moldova will continue to work for prosperity, stability, European values, resilience, and democracy," Iohannis stated on the X platform.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the Palace of the Republic in Chisinau, marking Sandu's renewed commitment to lead the country.
