Politics

Türkiye has strongly condemned Israel's decision to expand its settlements in the occupied Golan Heights, calling it a serious threat to regional peace and stability, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

In a statement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry criticized the move as “a new stage” in Israel’s expansionist policies, highlighting violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, incursions into the separation zone, and airstrikes in Syria.

The ministry urged the international community to take decisive action against these “illegal steps” by the Netanyahu government, emphasizing the need to prevent further escalation in the region.
