The partnership between Romania and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is stronger than ever, defence minister Angel Tilvar stated on Wednesday, as he signed the cooperation agreement between the two countries in the field of defence, CE Report quotes Agerpres

Thus, the minister of defence, Angel Tilvar, and the secretary of defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, John Healey, on Wednesday signed a defence cooperation agreement, aimed at strengthening the long-standing partnership existing between Romania and Great Britain while responding to the current security challenges, informs a press release of the Ministry of Defence.
