The chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkovic, are on October 24 in Brussels for the new round of talks in the dialogue facilitated by the European Union for the normalization of relations between the two neighboring states, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
