Moldova is in a decisive moment and only we, the Moldovans, must decide where our country will move. On Sunday, 20 October, the citizens will make the choice: either we go back to the past, lonely, without resources for development, vulnerable before challenges or we move to the future, to the family of civilized countries, which help us modernize the country and live in peace. Prime Minister Dorin Recean today evening made statements to this effect in a message for the citizens, in the context of the presidential elections and the republican constitutional referendum, due to be held on 20 October, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
