The implementation of the agreement on the path towards the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, as well as the modernization of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be among the priorities in the region, declared today the EU special emissary for dialogue Miroslav Lajčak at the 2BS forum in Budva, Mali.
