At the beginning of the session, Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla announced that the opposition has submitted a request for a debate in the session regarding these changes in the government, but based on the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and based on the previous practice of the Assembly in voting on changes to the government cabinet, these sessions are held without debate.
