NATO Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoana on Sunday told a press conference in Botosani that opinion polls "indicate the need for a deeper change in Romania." CE Report quotes Agerpres
He reacted to a statement made two days ago by Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, who ironically said that "there is no point" in holding presidential elections as long as Mircea Geoana is placed first in the electorate's preferences.
