Deputy Foreign Minister Kondov Meets Representatives of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights
On May 29, Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Kondov received representatives of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). They discussed the forthcoming elections to the European Parliament in Bulgaria on June 9, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release Friday, CE Report quotes BTA
Kondov briefed the OSCE officials about the efforts of his ministry to ensure that Bulgarian citizens abroad can exercise their right to vote. He informed them about the requirements for opening polling stations for the European Parliament elections abroad and the preparation of the electoral process.
