The day will be marked with various diplomatic, political, cultural, and social activities aimed at promoting bilateral relations.

Greek Defense and Maritime Initiatives Unveiled in Parliament:

The Greek Parliament received two pivotal draft laws for consideration. The first, proposed by the Ministry of National Defense, outlines plans for the establishment of the Hellenic Defense Innovation Center, modernization of military educational institutions, and the creation of a Joint Cyber Command in the Armed Forces. This initiative aims to foster innovation, enhance academic programs, and bolster cybersecurity capabilities. The second draft law, presented by the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy, focuses on ratifying a sub-lease agreement concerning the Port of Kavala. The agreement involves various entities, including the Greek State and private corporations, aiming to optimize port operations and stimulate economic growth in the region.
