Borrell: There is no safe EU without a strong and peaceful Western Balkans
The high representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, has stated that the Western Balkans Region as a whole has the duty to fight against violence, against traffickers, against trafficking, to prevent them from contaminating the entire continent. Cereport reports citing KosovaPress
Borrell made these comments during the high-level meeting on the implementation of specific actions for South-East Europe of the EU action plan on firearms trafficking 2020-2025, including the implementation of the regional roadmap for the comprehensive control of small arms and light (SAL) in the Western Balkans.
