Ex-president calls for independence memorial in Ljubljana
Vrhnika, 5 May - Slovenia's former President Milan Kučan has urged erecting a memorial to Slovenian independence in Republic Square in Ljubljana as he addressed a WWII commemoration in Vrhnika on Friday.
