Elections will determine whether Greece moves ahead or returns to a wretched past
The national elections on May 21 will determine whether Greece will move into the future or return to the past, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in Argostoli, Kefalonia island, on Thursday. Cereport reports citing Athens-Macedonian
Mitsotakis referred to the previous government as he described the alternate to a second-year term as one of "wretchedness, high taxes, open borders, and a country that had no standing, unfortunately, as you well remember, in Europe and the rest of the world."
