Montenegro’s Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Markovic and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganic signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation to assist witnesses and victims during criminal proceedings on war crimes, the MINA news agency reported on November 6, CE Report quotes BTA.
