CSM Approves Criminal Investigation of Four Judges

The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) has approved the request of Prosecutor General Ion Munteanu to initiate criminal investigations against four judges. The decision followed a three-hour closed-door discussion during an extraordinary CSM meeting. At the conclusion, two members expressed differing views on some aspects of the request. The identities of the judges involved have not been disclosed, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
