Moldovan KFOR-21 Contingent Returns from Kosovo Mission
The KFOR-21 contingent of the National Army has returned to Chișinău after completing its peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
At an official ceremony, 41 soldiers were honored with decorations and diplomas for their professionalism and dedication. Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatîi praised their contribution to international stability and their achievements within Regional Command West.
Deployed since July 2024, the KFOR-21 unit carried out security, guarding, patrolling, and engineering missions. Moldova has been part of the KFOR peacekeeping effort since 2014.
