Kosovo police seize cocaine, weapons, and cash in Ferizaj raid

The Kosovo Police, during a raid on a house and related premises in Ferizaj, found a quantity of drugs, cash, and weapons, and arrested a 33-year-old man, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

During the search of the house and a buried section in the garden, they confiscated 842.9 grams of cocaine, two handguns—one licensed—40 bullets, a digital scale, €19,288, several bank cards, and other evidence that will be used in further legal proceedings.

The arrested individual, Q.T., was detained for 48 hours upon the prosecutor's decision following interrogation. A case has been initiated against him for involvement in criminal offenses including the unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution, and sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and analogs, as well as the unauthorized possession or control of a weapon.

The police operation was carried out by the Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking, supported by officers from the Ferizaj Police Station.
