Naples Prosecutor: Marta Ohryzko’s Death Was Premeditated Femicide
She fractured her ankle falling into a ravine, where her violent partner reached her—not to offer help, but to punch her in the eye before suffocating her by covering her nose and mouth with one hand, CE Report quotes ANSA.
She would have been a victim of femicide, Marta Maria Ohryzko, the 32-year-old Ukrainian woman who died on July 13, 2024, in the Vatoliere area of Ischia, according to the Carabinieri and the Naples Prosecutor’s Office (prosecutor Alfredo Gagliardi of the 4th section, coordinated by deputy prosecutor Raffaello Falcone).
Her partner, 41-year-old Ilia Batrakov—already in custody for this case—is now formally charged with aggravated voluntary homicide.
