Kosovo Energy Corporation achieves major overhaul success

The Kosovo Energy Corporation announces that the planned works for the overhaul of unit B1, which began on March 23, 2025 and was completed ahead of schedule, have been completed,

According to KEK, during this period, various repairs and improvements were carried out, including the replacement of damaged parts, the renovation of various systems, and the implementation of procedures necessary for the stability and efficiency of the unit.

"Thanks to careful preparation and control, as well as the tireless commitment of the TC-B team of experts, unit B1 was synchronized with the power grid at 22:32 on 24.04.2025 and is currently in stable condition. This achievement is a testament to the excellent work of all involved and the high evaluation of performance during the overhaul period," KEK announced.
