Energy

New buildings, those undergoing renovation, as well as those to be sold or rented, must go through the energy certification procedure and have energy performance certificates. Thus, buildings will be classified in an energy performance category on a scale from A (the most efficient) to G (the least efficient), and this information will be visibly displayed in the case of public buildings. The regulation establishing the certification rules was published today in the Official Journal, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES.
