Minister of Culture, Hajrulla Çeku said that this building will give the capital an icon of contemporary architecture, and will transform Pristina into a center of performing arts, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

“It elevates our capital Pristina in the global landscape of culture and architecture…This building will give the capital an icon of contemporary architecture, and will stand next to one of the pearls of modern architecture, the Palace of Youth and Sports. It will contain four auditoriums, with from 300 to 1200 seats. It will offer underground parking in function of the inner ring of the capital, with a capacity of over 400 parking spaces… It's a vision that will transform Pristina into a center of performing arts,” said Ceku.

Whereas, the world-famous architect, Bjarke Ingels, who worked on this project, opened this project.
