Three Italian films break box-office record
Three Italian films have become the most successful movies at the box office this weekend in an unprecedented record since 2018, according to figures released, CE Report quotes ANSA.
The comedy 'Io sono la fine del mondo' (I am the end of the world), with Angelo Duro, co-written with Gennaro Nunziante, totalled revenues of an additional 2.5 million euros for a total of 5.8 million over the last 15 days.
The second place went to Roberto Ando's 'L'abbaglio' (The blunder) with comedian duo Ficarra and Picone and Toni Servillo in a unique tale of the expedition of the Thousand which debuted this weekend with 1.3 million, followed by Ferzan Ozbetek's Diamanti (Diamonds) which earned another million euros in its fifth week in movie theatres for a total of 14 million euros in revenues
