The Republic of Croatia has received an invitation from the European Court of Human Rights to join the proceedings in the case of Slaven Kovačević vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs confirmed to FENA, CE Report quotes FENA.
