Sarandos emphasized Netflix’s strong relationship with Mexico, dating back to its first international series, Club de Cuervos. He highlighted the economic impact of productions like Pedro Páramo, which contributed around $18.5 million to Mexico’s GDP.

Mexico’s audiovisual industry generates $3 billion annually, with each dollar invested creating $1.60 in added value. Netflix productions span over 50 locations across 25 states, and the company is strengthening its collaboration with Churubusco Studios to enhance infrastructure and support diverse talent.
