In 2024, the annual price index of plant products increased by 46.9 percent, compared to 2020. Meanwhile, the price index of livestock products increased by 46.5 percent in 2024, compared to 2020. According to the Kosovo Agency of Statistics report, the overall annual price index of agricultural products increased by 46.8 percent in 2024, compared to 2020, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Furthermore, KAS report states that in 2024, the annual price index of plant products decreased by 4.6 percent, compared to 2023. Meanwhile, the price index of livestock products increased by 5.7 percent in 2024, compared to 2023.

The overall price index of agricultural products decreased by 0.9 percent in 2024, compared to 2023.

“In 2024, the annual price index of crop products increased by 46.9%, compared to 2020. Meanwhile, the price index of livestock products increased by 46.5% in 2024, compared to 2020. Meanwhile, the overall annual price index of agricultural products increased by 46.8% in 2024, compared to 2020,” the KASreport states.
