Tender Launched for Development of Beach and Camping Site in Possidi, Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced a tender for the "Beach and Camping of Possidi of Kalandra" located on the Kassandra peninsula in northern Greece, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian

The 12.9-hectare property features a 620-meter beachfront, camping facilities, and infrastructure. It also borders Zone B of the archaeological site of the Sanctuary of Poseidon, a notable regional landmark.

Situated near holiday villages and resorts, the site offers potential for developing holiday homes, luxury hotels, and leisure facilities. The concession rights are set for a duration of 99 years.
